ग्रीष्म ऋतु में स्वास्थ्य रक्षक उपाय


1 भोजन मधुर रस युक्त ओर स्निग्ध आहार लेना चाहिए । खटाई, तीखे मिर्च- मसाले, नमकीन ओर अधिक गर्म भोजन न लें।

2 अल्पाहार ताजे फल, फलों का जूस, शीतल पानक,शीतल जल के साथ मिश्री ओर घी मिला हुआ सत्तू लेना चाहिए।

3 पानी मिट्टी के नए बर्तनों रखे हुए शीतल जल का सेवन करना चाहिए । मिश्री ओर सुगन्धित शीतल पानक जैसे गुलाब जल का सेवन करना चाहिए।

4 व्यायाम व्यायाम न करें अथवा लघु व्यायाम बहुत कम समय के लिए ही करें।

5 मद्यपान मद्यपान न करें अथवा अत्यल्प मात्रा में ओर बहुत सारा पानी मिलाकर ही मद्यपान करें। अन्यथा गर्मी में पिया गया मद्य शरीर मे कमजोरी लाता है, पूरे शरीर मे जलन उतपन्न करता है और वजन कम कर देता है।

6 निवास ठंडे ओर हवादार भवन में निवास करें। आदान काल होने से सूर्य की तीव्र किरणे शरीर के स्नेह का अधिक मात्रा में शोषण कर लेता है अतः अधिक तीखी धूप में न जाएं।
